We're seasoned businesspeople.

Experienced operators, managers, investors and entrepreneurs. People who have, quite literally, "been there, done that".

We're people who know how to start, grow, fund, manage, scale, and exit a business; we know how to avoid the pitfalls, how to plan for and manage the shortcomings you're likely to encounter (be assured, they will happen), and how to cope with success and build on it, not watch it disappear.

Small or large, local or regional, even global, we've been there and done it.

We've found our own happiness, so now we're doing what we love to do, helping others to find their own happiness, and success. And we love it!

There are 2.6+ mill SMBs in Australia alone, and some 14.5+ mill people working for a boss (most keen to do otherwise!), and we know most have dreams, goals, visions, some even have plans. But we also know most will never get to realise bringing them to life.

We aim to change that, so we created Enjyne.

We just want to help people to grow, to succeed, and to be happy.

It's interesting when you think, other than venture capital, technology incubators, accelerators and the like - don't forget they all require a slice of the pie to get involved (and that's fair enough too) - there literally isn't anywhere anyone can go to help start a business, to know how to resource it, brand it, grow it, scale it, fund it, manage it, and exit it.

Who We Can Help?

We want to say 'everyone', but we'll explain.

We're business builders, people who know, from deep first-hand
experience, how to enable, resource, guide and grow people, and businesses.

We've helped to shape and scale some of the world's biggest brands, with some of the most potent and proven leadership talent, with some of the most extraordinary and experienced training and leadership development people you could ever hope to meet in-house.

Having done all that, now we're doing things differently and sharing all that experience with others where our success is inextricably tied to that of the SMB owners we serve and support.

There aren't many we can't help, but let's narrow it down -

1. People eager to start their own business but are unsure where to start, have the energy and the desire but need guidance, tools, resources and support. People with an idea, a passion, a desire to exit the ubiquitous corporate hamster wheel, to find freedom and independence, to build a future, to find their destiny, and happiness too, of course.

2. Also, people keen to do all of the above but who feel they need deeper resources and support with a branded franchise behind them. For those we've conceived and designed a ground-breaking franchise model and system that is truly interdependent, synergistic and equitable.

3. SMBs keen to grow and scale their business. SMBs with owners trapped in the hours-in-a-day lifecycle but who yearn for more, and are also keen to achieve a sustainable, saleable asset at the end. For us it's all about the end-game, so to avoid worrying about that then, we resource you with the systems, tools, technology and support to realise that now.

4. Start-Ups. Regardless of their age, founders with innovative ideas, with transformative solutions in development, keen to secure the tools, counsel, guidance and support to bring their dreams to life.

6. Investors, financiers, accountants and specialist practitioners who need industry agnostic expertise to repair and salvage businesses, or those looking to invest in new opportunities (principally in Aust/NZ).
